ACKORA AI

Terms of service

The terms under which ACKORA operates, what the customer controls, and the boundaries of AI autonomy.

Service

ACKORA provides an AI operations layer for business communication channels. Availability, connector coverage and autonomy levels are defined per workspace agreement.

Connectors operate through official platform APIs and are subject to those platforms' own terms and limitations.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for authorizing only channels it has the right to monitor, for informing participants as required by applicable law, and for the accuracy of approved knowledge and templates.

Autonomy settings, SLA windows and escalation rules are configured by the customer and determine what ACKORA is allowed to do.

AI behaviour and limits

Autonomous replies are drawn from approved language. ACKORA does not invent facts, prices or commitments, and proposes a human decision whenever confidence or authority is insufficient.

Automated classification can be imperfect. Decisions remain the customer's responsibility, and every action is recorded for review.

Pilots

Pilots begin in Shadow Mode. Promotion to Assist and Autonomous modes requires reviewed evidence and explicit administrator confirmation.
