ACKORA AI
Privacy & data processing
How ACKORA processes business communication data, what it stores, who can see it, and the limits it operates within.
What ACKORA processes
ACKORA processes messages, participants and timestamps from the communication channels a customer explicitly connects and approves. It never accesses channels outside that authorization.
Processing produces structured operational data: categories, priorities, sentiment, commitments, deadlines, response times and decision records.
Storage and retention
Message content storage is configurable. A workspace can operate in a content-free mode where only detections, issues, decisions and timings are retained.
Retention windows are set per workspace. Audit trails and decision records can be exported at any time.
Access control
Access is role-based and scoped to a single organization. Personal data can be redacted in logs, and evidence drill-downs are limited by role.
Connector credentials and provider secrets are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
What ACKORA does not do
ACKORA does not score individual employees, does not read channels it was not connected to, and does not use unofficial automation or scraping.
In Shadow Mode no external message is ever sent — decisions are recorded only.
